Amenities
All indoor and outdoor amenities are open to all residents and, with the exception of the indoor pool and fitness room, to their guests.

was opened in June 2012.

The beautifully decorated interior on the main floor includes a spacious ballroom with a capacity of 288 people with a large service kitchen, bathroom facilities, and an elevator to the lower level.

The lower level consists of The Craft Room, The Billiard Room, and The Card/Game Room. The Billiard Room is furnished with three regulation pool tables, televisions, shuffleboard, poker tables, and an ample and comfortable seating area. The Game Room is available for a variety of board and card games. |
The Lodge
| The Lodge features a large reception hall with a stone fireplace, our Community library, a computer/conference room, a kitchen, bathroom facilities, and the property management office. It is a welcoming spot to play bridge, hold committee meetings, or read a book or magazine. The wrap-around porch, beautifully furnished with Adirondack chairs, is the location of many summer activities. WiFi is available. |

Fitness Center
The Fitness Center is located in the original Spackman Farm stables. It houses a large and functioning fitness room, a hot tub, men’s and women’s locker rooms, and outdoor and indoor swimming pools. Indoor facilities are open daily; the outdoor pool is openly seasonally.
Seasonal guest passes can be purchased by residents for the outdoor pool. The other facilities are restricted to Hillview residents only.

The Cottage
The Cottage was originally used to house workers who worked on the Spackman family farm and their families. It has a small lounge, several rooms with sewing machines, and a service kitchen. There is also an external picnic area and gas grille. The Cottage is used by the various arts, crafts, and game clubs. It is ideal for small group meetings. |

The Cabin
The Cabin is one of the original buildings in the community and was used by the original owners as an entertainment and recreation center. With a pool table, televisions, and two game rooms suitable for cards and board games, it serves the same function for Hillview residents.
Directly behind the Cabin is the Grove with picnic tables, benches, a bocce court, and horseshoe pits. |

Community Courts
Hillview maintains Basketball, Tennis, and Pickleball courts for use by our residents and guests. The community has active groups of residents who play on a regular basis.
