The Villages at Hillview is an active adult community located in beautiful Chester County, Pennsylvania. It is readily accessible to the Pennsylvania Turnpike, the Route 30 Bypass, the Downingtown-Thorndale SEPTA and Amtrak stations, and Pennsylvania Dutch country.

 

Originally approved in 2003, the Hillview Community contains 507 homes on 232 rolling acres.

The final phase of the 55+ community is currently under construction by Lennar Corporation and will offer 90 single-family homes.  Homeowners in this final phase will enjoy use of amenity buildings and have their own Community Association.

 

Hillview has more than 60 active clubs and committees with activities ranging from card games to bowling, from quilting to MahJong, and from golf to multiple Red Hat Societies.
